Our Services are designed for clients who wish to plan a certain percentage of their wedding, but may have underestimated the work involved, therefore need professional support and advice.
The Year Prior to Your Wedding Day
- We begin with a complimentary detailed consultation to discuss your existing plans and ascertain what needs to be done and where we can help.
- Assist with Vendor Selections and discuss all particulars needed to address.
- Vendor Referrals Based on Budget.
- Schedule Your Tastings & Meetings with Vendors.
- Visualization Technique To Walk Through Your Wedding Day Far In Advance.
- Table Linens and Napkins with Choice of Color
- Create our Signature Days Events Timeline 45 days prior to wedding.
- Create Vendor Itineraries. ( 2 weeks prior)
- Create and Submit Floor Plan to Venue.
- Conduct the Rehearsal if Officiate Cannot Be Present.
- Work with MC/DJ / Photographer to Coordinate with Days Events Timeline.
- 12 Hours of On-Site Day of Coordination Services. (Call for a complete list of services)
- Cake Cutting Services Provided.

So Now the day has come and everything is beautiful just as you imagined this magical day would look like......
Your guests arrive and the reception begins....
Reception drinks are served while the photo session is taking place. Dinner will be served and then cake and yet more drinks.
Most venues will require you to remove trash during the night as the bins fill fast. The table begin to fill with drink and plate ware. You do not want this to be seen in the backdrop of all of your pictures.
Keep it beautiful and clean by assigning a person to buss the tables during the night and remove trash.
